Keeping calm when something goes wrong - HOW ?

He he :D its not easy to remain calm when you know you have done a mistake (off course unintentionally) and you are a sole owner of doing it :p (especially @Work )

The question is what to do and what not to do . Actually no matter how cool is anyone ,  tension is the first thing that arise .. 

First thought after committing mistake - suddenly whole hierarchy appears upon mind - Manager , Senior Manager , Client manager etc then you think twice about  weekly and monthly reports  because after that  , your mistake will get publicity for sure .

Second thought – to make and collect all instances where you can show yourself as innocent . OMG ,lot of reasons comes up in mind.

Third action – You try to share incident with your close team member to know further consequences that may /may not happen upon it.

Some of members will remove worry but some off course would add into it , make sure you be nice and calm while talking to any kind of people.

Anyways THE problem is CRIME is already done and now- Keeping CALM is the PROCESS of Progress . PHEW !!

1st thing – Think about the worst , yes the worst is you may be fired from Project .
So what I will get another project.

WAIT and LEARN and WATCH the best is yet to come :)

2 – Think about better , It’s just the second time I did and anyway it was not a big issue that effected , nothing critical happened .

Nothing BIG . CHILL !

3 – Think about good , it’s okay to commit mistake once / twice . it makes one alert .For any higher hammers you are thinking for , even they do it many times . No one is perfect .Make sure you emit some positive thought about everything now . Just think all your managers / senior managers are your friend and while you get a chance to talk to them, Explain calmly as to why it happened , accept the crime but don’t accept it as completely yours.

And YES since this is just another act within material world , it has to be temporary , world is temporary . Just like the dream you saw yesterday was not TRUTH , similarly this is also not truth . Will pass by ,  alert - have patience.

JOB , money , food , stay are all destined, everything is already being taken care off already :) BE HAPPY, honest and work smartly.

Sooner the worry releases .

BEING a GOOD HUMAN, Is it really required?

WHAT if I am good and I put a bucket full of water on the electric motherboard of my house.

1. Running a Bar/Club thinking people will dance, enjoy and give blessings here, Will it work?

2. Ruining a chicken's life for that leg piece in your dinner, is it a good deed? Many good peoples do it nowadays. 

CORRECT 

What is the use of being good like above when you have no sense of sensible living? 

There is one restaurant in Bangalore 'OM', that serves pure veg food and I really like that place and its ambiance. Most of the eating junctions in Bangalore are either shouting with rock music, or with other noisy stuff.

Only this restaurant serves instrumental backdrop music, so we can have a peaceful EAT, they have kept red color eating mats on all tables where on each mat written are some nice QUOTES.

I wish this quote as well get onto those mats:

"INSAAN KO SENSIBLE HONA CHAIYE , ACHE TO DRUNKARDS BHI HOTE HAI"


We are surrounded by many good people resting in own shells.

Try not to be that good, being sensible  is the idea and experience of kind sages .

A Note on Independence day

Independence is the Freedom from all those beliefs that takes one away from inner-self  .

Freedom from addictions ,Freedom from worldly obsessions , Freedom from worries , Freedom from everything we just don't fit into .

So, Happy Independence Day if you think you are independent in literal sense.


A small Independence day incident -

Since every corporate IT office want to celebrate Independence day with patriotically intention-ed dedication to do something for the sake of entertainment , my office also organized a traditional wear program.
I too received an email about celebration planned on 15 august from Swed employee. It's because they have lot of Indian origin people in Helsinborg office .
A line from her email that caught my attention -

' Kingdom of Great Britain gave Independence to India on this day' .

Indeed a European version of a country's Independence. huh!

Now , Just a re-frame.

Britain as a piece of land may be great , but how come the Britishers who enslaved the innocents and seized the very right of living of humans can be great? 
If Suzanne - the admin was sensible enough,the sentence should have been -

Kingdom of Great India became Independent from rule of Britain .

and whatsoever !!!!!! but a country which robbed money from other nation and enjoying privilege of being Developed can not be said as GREAT.
Simple RULE of humanity , Isn't it ?

An auspicious occasion for every Disciple to worship his/her Master.
Guru Poornima is one of the prehistoric festival of Vedic Parampara, originated and celebrated even before Holi , Diwali came into existence .

Maharishi Vyas who shaped divine knowledge of Vedas into text is considered to be first Guru of Vedic parampara , supposed to have started billions of years ago during the Golden age of Satyuga.Hence , festival is also known as Vyas purnima.

One may find answers of material world on Google; however that is not all needed for a worthy life. Belonging to a culture principled upon an ecstasy of Guru shishya Parampara , a parampara where Guru is regarded as Parbrahm .

 proud  to be a part of it !

Sri Krishna and Rama too required blessings and teachings of Guru to conquer Adharma.

Guru who quenches the queries of intriguing mind and soul,  untie threads of materialism, clean the karmas of thousands births with his divine knowledge, thereby giving strong direction to life never failing and always applauding.

I often listen to this chant from one of the satsang of Pujya Gurudev to rejuvenate inner Joy !

In this age there is no use in meditation, sacrifice and temple worship. Simply by chanting the holy name of bhagwan , one can achieve perfect self-realization. (Vishnu Purana 6.2.17)

Lord Ram being a perfect son, perfect husband, perfect friend, perfect brother, perfect Guru and also a perfect warrior who did not take a moment to forgive Ravana-his opponent , Shri Ram is an icon of sanctity. He is the lord of perfection to be devoted to and praised unquestionably to raise each of souls at higher brilliance and abilities. 

Lord Krishna’s life was filled with divine love and miraculous power show, from infancy to youth to later stage of his life; he was a winner to friends, parents, devotees and entire motherland .He re-quoted Bhagwat Gita to Arjuna in the form of Bhakti yog , Karam yog ,and Gyan Yog to assist generations and preach as to how human life should be aimed with righteousness of actions to attain liberation and bliss .

So , did Sri Ram and Krishna really existed on earth ?

Vedic Holi-Festival of Joy

Holi – One of the divine festivals celebrated by Indians has its own authentic values & scientific reasons of celebrations. The festival has its unique way of benefiting humans spiritually as well as physically.

The festival originates millions of years ago even before Lord Ram was born.

The  history in scripts the story of Prahlada, known for his great devotion  to Bhagvan Narayan. Because of  his ceaseless devotion  itself, Prahlad was attacked by  evil forces within his family many times . However, Bhagvan protected and removed the  wicked shadows upon him each time.

Holi is merely not just burning of woods, however  meant to blaze one’s negative emotions   i.e. ego, greed, anger, desires & worldly attachments to annihilate in fire & offer spiritually nourished mind and body. The festival gives a message that we too should face the obstacles coming our way with determination & whatever the odds against us may be, keeping Prahlad as our ideal, let us not allow our faith in Bhagvan to dither. 

During ancient times, Holi was celebrated with Palash flowers and homemade colours (Turmeric Powder/Dried flowers/Henna /Red Sandal Wood etc) having great effects on health. Palash flowers are one of them & have number of well termed qualities.

1. Taking 1-2 drops of palash gum increases strength of body and kills the backache problems.
2.  According to Jyotish science, Kalsarap yog which is termed as risky Kaala is removed by applying colors made by Palash flower.
3.  According to Ayurveda, when Pitta dosh in human body increase, person suffers from Heart attack & when Vayu dosh increases, other problems exist. Both of doshas can be removed using Palash colour.

Unfortunately, Later during British , Englishmen  made a sharp business out of  this one as well and sold harmful chemical colors which initiated terrible health problems .Hence, as decades passed by, Importance of using Palash color's and homemade colors on Holi diminished.

Now, with the divine initiative of Pujya Sant Shri Asharam Bapuji , people  are aware with knowledge of its rich culture. The great Spiritual Guru plays Holi with his devotees every year using palash color's to bless devotees with good health.
